Featherweights Diego Nunes and Dennis Siver fought, last Saturday (14), the most controversial fight at UFC on Fuel 2, an event held in Stockholm, Sweden. But after three rounds of competition, the side judges gave the victory to the Russian-born German.
However, unhappy with the setback, Diego does not agree with the judges' decision and is already thinking about a possible rematch. Through his Facebook page, the Brazilian asked for a new fight against Siver.
“Please Sir, I need a rematch with Dennis Siver. I'm not losing sleep over this. The result was unfair, I threw the best blows, the marks on his face show that, just look and see that my blows were stronger. I dream of another chance and would be eternally grateful if it were as soon as possible”, Diego wrote on the social network. “I have the right to vent my dissatisfaction with the result, as my life is at stake”, added the fighter.
Still on Facebook, Diego reaffirmed his desire for a rematch against the Russian-born German and assured that another fight in the UFC does not interest him.
“I want a rematch, yes, because I smashed his face in the third round and made him bend his knees, that was what defined the fight as it was even, I have the right to pursue mine, yes. Another fight doesn't interest me right now, but I'll do whatever I can for this one. Anyone who gives up on what they believe in is a coward and will get nowhere! –

The guy was “at home” and still let it go on points in a very close fight….then it won’t turn out, right Diegão?
