The welterweight (up to 77kg.) Michael Pereira He didn't even need two minutes to show Ultimate's fans and management why he deserves to be among the organization's group of fighters. After an overwhelming debut against the North American, Danny Roberts, last Saturday (18), at UFC Rochester, 'Paraense Voador' stated that there is still a lot to present to MMA enthusiasts. The athlete is already being called the new 'Showman' behind the scenes of mixed martial arts.

“I've had better fights than this. I fought very little there (in the Octagon). I couldn't show half of my skills. I still have fantastic moves to show UFC fans,” confirmed Pereira.
The Brazilian, during the journey to the octagon, was visibly very emotional. Until the moment he actually entered the fighting space, Michel cried a lot, but when the cage closed, his concentration and focus were total on victory.
“I always dreamed of this moment. I fought hard for this day to come. Today, it became reality. My biggest dream has always been to be an Ultimate athlete. I was very excited and happy to be there. I dreamed about this every day”, said the Brazilian.
The 'Paraense Voador' really lived up to his reputation as a distinguished fighter. The athlete presented plastic and efficient movements, showing that his talent is not just a theatrical game. Michel, in fact, attacks with the ultimate goal of the knockout.
With the victory, the 25-year-old Brazilian achieved his 23rd victory in 32 fights. The athlete, however, did not choose an opponent for his next fight for the organization.
“I want to fight the best. I don't choose opponents. I want to be the new 'Showman' of Ultimate. This is me”, concluded the man from Pará.
