Alex Cowboy was called at the last minute to join the UFC Glendale card, an event held this Saturday (14), in the Arizona desert (USA). And even with no preparation time, the Brazilian showed that he is the true employee of MMA and put up a great fight against Carlos Condit, former interim welterweight champion (up to 77,1 kg.)

In the dispute, the athletes alternated in control of the duel. Cowboy started better in the first round, but Condit turned the tide in the second half and finished better, close to finishing with a rear naked choke. In the second round, the Brazilian once again had the best start, taking down his rival and hitting him on top, but letting the North American reverse the position. However, this time, Alex took control of the dispute again. He connected with a pedala on his opponent, which opened the way for the beautiful guillotine submission.
