This Saturday (23), Renato MoicanoBrazilian fighter Daniel Moicano, one of the most popular fighters in the UFC, will venture into a completely different area of combat sports. The veteran will act as an administrator, as he is the leader of the 'Money Moicano MMA' event, whose first edition will take place in São Paulo, more precisely at the Cornerman Fight Center. Naturally, the athlete is excited about the league's debut, but admits that it wasn't easy to turn the project into reality.
In an exclusive interview to SUPER FIGHTSMoicano revealed the main difficulties he had to overcome to organize the first Money Moicano MMA event. It's true that the company is still small, but the Brazilian has already experienced some of the problems that Dana White and the UFC's top brass usually deal with, since organizing events isn't just about putting together fights.

In any case, Moicano and his team, despite the constant jokes, showed professionalism and managed to make the attraction official, which quickly won over the public. In fact, the UFC lightweight (up to 70,3 kg) top fighter is so excited and fulfilled that, also in conversation with... SUPER FIGHTSHe added that he already has a date in mind for the second edition of Money Moicano MMA.
“A lot happened, everything went wrong. In fact, it's still happening today. Fights fall through, it's difficult to match the athletes, you talk to the athlete, he says he wants to and then he doesn't anymore. Matchmaking is already difficult. Then, it was difficult for us to choose the fight for the registered fighters, because they are all guys without professional experience. So, we had to create a storyline. So, we have a Bolsonaro supporter against a PT supporter, I want to put a guy from Israel against a guy from Palestine,” said the UFC top fighter.
"We're trying to do everything you can imagine." So, that in itself creates a big problem. It's sponsors coming in and then leaving. It's harder than it seems, but, thank God, we've had a lot of help. Tiago Pamplona is producing the event, we also had the people who manage the UFC, we're working with them,” he concluded.
