Jiri Prochazka He has a rather curious method for making weight in the UFC light heavyweight division (up to 93 kg). Unlike most fighters, who resort to intense dehydration processes before weighing in, the Czech fighter adopts a simpler approach. During a live stream on the Kick platform, alongside streamer Adin Ross, Prochazka explained that he usually loses about 7 kg throughout the training camp, but doesn't make a significant cut on the last day. According to the fighter, when he reaches about 94,5 kg the day before the weigh-in, he only makes a final adjustment using natural bodily processes and a light workout to reach the weight required by the category.
