Known as a stone man, Alex Poatán He expressed excitement about his upcoming fight. The fighter is scheduled to face Ciryl Gane for the interim heavyweight title (up to 120,2 kg) at UFC Casa Branca., on June 14th, in Washington, DC (USA). Aware of the magnitude of this confrontation for his legacy, the Brazilian shared some words with the fans.
In a post on his Instagram feed, Poatan said he was very happy and grateful to have been chosen to fight the Frenchman. The striker emphasized that he wanted fans to feel exactly the same as he is experiencing and guaranteed that he will make history on the highly anticipated White House card.
“I wish you could feel what I’m feeling right now. Being able to fight in such a big event is something very special to me. I’m very happy and very grateful for this opportunity. We’re going to make history,” said Poatan.
