Counting down to returning to the most famous octagon in the world, Charles of the Bronx He's experiencing some special weeks in his career. The Brazilian, who has a rematch scheduled against Max Holloway, vying for the symbolic 'BMF' belt, at UFC 326, this Saturday (7), in Las Vegas (USA), opened the backstage of his camp, said he was happy with the results and guaranteed he was prepared for the big duel.

In an interview with the channel 'Laerte Viana na Área – MMA', the 'Leão Embaçado' (Laerte Viana's nickname) was candid in revealing that he has been training with taller athletes at Chute Boxe. The Brazilian didn't go into details, but explained that everything is going as planned, that he hasn't suffered from pain or injuries throughout the entire camp.

"In reality, in all my fights I'm trying to evolve, trying to improve more and more. I'm not trying to add or bring something different, I'm simply evolving, learning, adding great things and refining my game a little more. That's what I want to do…"

(Regarding training partners) Everyone from Chute Boxe. This time, Marlon, who trains with us and is a much taller guy, plus Leo… Actually, all the kids who are always with me there. The difference is that we tried to bring in guys who are a little taller to help me with this training focus, so that I can evolve more and more. And that's what we did.
