Michael Bisping believes Anthony Hernandez would have more success if he moved to the Ultimate's welterweight division (up to 77kg). Last Saturday (21), 'Fluffy' faced Sean Strickland at UFC Houston and, after failing to impose his game in the first two rounds, ended up being knocked out in the third round . Throughout the fight, the American's physical disadvantage in the middleweight division (up to 83,9kg) was evident.
In a video published on his YouTube channel, Bisping assessed that Hernandez would be able to make the welterweight limit, since he doesn't have one of the most muscular builds in the 83,9kg category. According to the former champion, the athlete has a softer body type, a characteristic that may even be related to his nickname 'Fluffy'.

“Fluffy could probably fight at welterweight… He could probably make welterweight because he’s not the most muscular middleweight, maybe he has a slightly softer build, and I think that’s maybe where the nickname ‘Fluffy’ comes from,” said Michael Bisping.

Sean Strickland gave Anthony Hernandez no chance , ending his rival's eight-fight winning streak in the main event of UFC Houston. In a duel marked by provocations in the period leading up to the fight, the American controlled the action with jabs and front kicks, neutralized his opponent's takedown attempts and, in the third round, connected with a knee to 'Fluffy's' stomach, paving the way to finish the fight with a sequence of powerful punches.
