Kevin Vallejos is hungry for a rematch against Jean Silva in the UFC. The Argentinian prospect shared the octagon with 'The Nerd' in the Contender Series in 2023, where he ultimately came out on the losing end. Since then, however, he has recovered, earned his contract with the organization, and after knocking out Giga Chikadze at UFC Vegas 112, he is closer than ever to facing 'The Lord' again.

After his victory at UFC Vegas 112, Vallejos debuted at number 13 in the UFC rankings and took the opportunity to send a message to Jean Silva via X (formerly Twitter).

"I'm coming, Jean Silva," wrote the Argentinian.

Jean Silva and Kevin Vallejos faced off in the 2023 Contender Series season. At the time, 'Nerd' won the fight by unanimous decision and secured his UFC contract. In the UFC, 'Lord' racked up five consecutive wins, all by stoppage, until he faced Diego Lopes and was knocked out.

Meanwhile, Vallejos, after his loss to Jean, won two fights outside the UFC and received a new opportunity in the Contender Series. This time, the Argentinian knocked out his opponent in the first round and was signed by the organization. In the UFC, Kevin has three wins in three fights, two of them by knockout.

Currently, Jean Silva is ranked 10th and has a fight scheduled against Arnold Allen at UFC 324 on January 24th. Kevin Vallejos is ranked 13th in the featherweight division (up to 65,7 kg).
