Almost everything is ready for UFC Vegas 111, which takes place this Saturday (8). With Gabriel Bonfim in the main fight, the Ultimate returns to its headquarters at the Apex, for the second consecutive week, with a card full of prospects from Brazilian MMA. Before stepping into the octagon, the fighters had to face the traditional weigh-in.
Main fight confirmed
Coming off a less-than-convincing victory over Stephen Thompson , Gabriel Bonfim , "Marretinha," has the chance to prove he deserves a place in the welterweight rankings. The Brazilian weighed in at 77,1 kg, while his opponent, Randy Brown , weighed in at 77,5 kg, officially confirming the main event of the card.

The sledgehammer doesn't hit the weight.
While Gabriel Bonfim made weight for the weight class, the same cannot be said for his brother. Ismael Bonfim , nicknamed "Marreta," was three kilograms over the lightweight limit and is now awaiting his rival's decision regarding the fight.
Ismael Bonfim has missed weight by 5lbs ahead of his fight with Chris Padilla tomorrow night.
It is currently unknown if the fight will continue or not. #UFC
