Michael Bisping disapproved of the stance of Tom aspinall and his team at UFC 321. And the dissatisfaction of the former UFC champion and member of the company's Hall of Fame has nothing to do with his performance in the fight against Cyryl Gane, last Saturday (25), in Abu Dhabi (UAE), which ended without result. Despite the good relationship, the Englishman was unhappy with certain attitudes of his compatriots in the pre-fight.
The former fighter mentioned two specific incidents. The first was when Andy Aspinall, Tom's father, publicly revealed that he wants the UFC heavyweight champion (up to 120,2 kg) to fulfill his contract with the company and then move to boxing, seeking bigger purses.

The second was when Tom's team leaked a private conversation he had with Daniel Cormier, in which he praised him and criticized the other members of the heavyweight division. According to Bisping, his compatriots made mistakes and got involved in unnecessary controversies.
"There was that whole thing with Cormier whispering into the microphone. He didn't need to publicize that. He kind of messed up a bit. Then his dad was talking about boxing, that after this contract (with the UFC) he would leave. I was like, 'What are you doing?' You don't negotiate like that in public. You talk to the UFC man to man. If that's what you want to do, great. But if you had lost on Saturday, good luck getting another title fight. I'm not speaking for the UFC, that's just me sitting here," the veteran said on his official YouTube channel.
