In July, in Louisiana (USA), Dustin poirier made his last appearance in the UFC. After being defeated at home by Max HollowayIn the trilogy, 'The Diamond' left his gloves in the center of the octagon, ending his MMA career. But, apparently, the company's former interim lightweight champion (up to 70,3 kg) may be close to returning to action.

When asked by another if he really misses competing, the former fighter shocked by revealing that he feels a void in retirement. With such responses, part of the MMA community is already projecting a possible return of 'The Diamond' to the UFC. It's worth noting that Poirier recently mentioned that he still wants to fight. Dustin poirier, 36, is an MMA legend. The American began his career in the sport in 2009, debuted in the UFC in 2011, and retired in 2025. For the company, 'The Diamond' was the interim lightweight champion, challenged for the undisputed title three times, and the 'BMF' title twice.
