Conor McGregor fuels UFC return rumors at the White House

Conor McGregor in turn, he seems to be serious about returning to the octagon at UFC Casa Branca. The Irishman, who hasn't fought since 2021, came back to the drug testing program and recently appeared on social media honing his striking. In images shared via Instagram story, McGregor showed off a Muay Thai workout with clippers.

In addition to training, his return to the Drug Free Sport International (DFSI) monitoring program marks a decisive step toward his long-rumored return to the Octagon. Under current rules, McGregor must complete a six-month period of random testing before being cleared to compete again.

This would mean the Irishman would become eligible from March 2026, making him a natural candidate to be part of the UFC's celebratory card, scheduled for July of next year, possibly at a special event at the White House in the United States.
