Brunno Hulk's ground skills ended the fight

The two athletes spent the first few seconds of the fight studying each other. While McVey sought to keep the Brazilian at bay with high kicks and straight punches, Hulk hammered his opponent's leg with powerful thigh kicks and risked crosses to the head.

After feeling the impact of a strong kick to the inside of his leg, the American changed levels and attempted a takedown. He managed to control his opponent's back, but Hulk remained calm and managed to reverse the position, landing on top with the guard passed.

From there, he went to the mount and then transitioned to the armbar, forcing his opponent to tap out after three minutes and 35 seconds of the fight.

In the fourth fight of the night, Jimmy Crute defeated Marcin Prachnio with an armbar in the final seconds of the first round, in a bout valid for the light heavyweight division (up to 93 kg). With the victory, the Australian achieved his first win in five years, after a series of losses and draws. The Pole, on the other hand, suffered his second consecutive defeat.

Crute adopted an aggressive stance from the start of the fight. He dominated the center of the octagon and attempted to attack his opponent with heavy punches, while Prachnio moved around a lot and began throwing long combinations to his opponent's head and body.

In a quick reaction during the grappling match, Crute transitioned to an armbar and secured the victory at four minutes and 42 seconds. Prachnio showed great resilience, trying to defend himself in various ways, but ended up leaving the octagon with a left arm injury.
