After almost three years waiting to face Conor McGregor, it seems that Michael chandler He still hasn't learned his lesson. As soon as the Irishman showed interest in returning to the UFC at the grand White House event, the American took to social media to reignite the rivalry.

Conor McGregor returns to the drug testing program
Conor McGregor may be close to returning to the UFC. After months of uncertainty, the former featherweight and lightweight champion confirmed that he is already in the organization's anti-doping agency's testing program and revealed ambitious plans for his long-awaited return to the Octagon.

The UFC hasn't officially confirmed the event, but rumors indicate that Dana White is planning a special card for the second half of 2026 with institutional support from the United States. President Donald Trump has already left the organization of the historic event in the hands of the company's leader.
With only two fights remaining on his current contract, McGregor has hinted that he intends to fulfill it and then evaluate new paths, which could include, as has been suggested in the past, a return to boxing, appearances at special events or even a definitive break with Dana White's organization.
