Former light heavyweight champion (up to 93kg) and in a positive moment in the UFC, Jiri Prochazka is finally preparing for his next fight in the organization. After a great triumph over Jamahal hill, the fighter has moved up to second place in the rankings and is looking forward to having the opportunity to fight for the division's throne again.
After exchanging barbs with Magomed Ankalayev and even a declined invitation to face the Russian in UFC 313 for the division title, Prochazka did not indicate who his next opponent in the octagon will be. In a photo posted alongside his team, the Czech appeared in good shape ahead of his upcoming match.

"Preparations have begun. Waiting for the signing (of the contract)," Prochazka declared on his official Instagram account.
Internet users quickly reacted to the publication and suggested possible names for the confrontation.

Since the publication, the athlete has avoided responding to comments to name his potential rival. Currently, Carlos Ulberg is ranked third and is riding a wave of eight consecutive victories, four by knockout and one by submission. His last victory was over Jan Blachowicz.
Another mentioned, Rountree is ranked fourth and could also be a strong contender for the position. Ankalaev, on the other hand, plans to face Alex Poatán in his first title defense.
