Now that the UFC's heavyweight division (up to 120,2 kg) is finally starting to develop, we'll see some of the biggest names in the category in action. Except for Francis Ngannou.
The organization's boss, Dana White, spoke out against hiring the former employee of the company. After announcing the retirement of Jon Jones and rise of Tom aspinall As the holder of the linear belt, the CEO of Ultimate was asked about the rumored possible return of the Frenchman. White rejected the possibility.

After becoming UFC heavyweight champion and defending the title against Cyryl Gane, Ngannou has not performed for the organization since. The fighter and the company did not reach an agreement to renew the contract and today the Frenchman performs under the PFL banner. After Dana White's statements, Francis reacted on social media with irony.
