If before the provocations between Ian Gary e Carlos Prates were just part of the fight promotion, this time things went a little further. The temperature of the UFC Kansas main fight rose again after a situation behind the scenes at the weigh-in.

In a video published by 'AgFight' on Instagram, Prates and his coaches appeared confused as they waited Ian Gary to go through the scales for a meeting between the athletes. However, the Irishman left through another door and left the Brazilian talking to himself.

Later, in a post on Instagram stories, Prates explained that the situation was not caused directly by Garry, but rather by one of the Irishman's coaches, who had provoked him after he had already passed by the location.

“In reality, this doesn’t have much to do with Garry, but rather with his coach who waited for me to come by to talk shit, but don’t worry, one day we’ll bump into each other to get this story straight,” said Prates.
