The 2025 UFC season began on January 11th with UFC Las Vegas 101 , but it is this Saturday (18th) that the first title fights of the year take place, in the lightweight (up to 70,3 kg) and bantamweight (up to 61,2 kg) divisions at UFC 311 , in Los Angeles, United States. With that, there's still time to consult our crystal balls and predict who will be the champions of the world's largest MMA organization at the end of the year.

It's worth highlighting that absolutely none of the 11 UFC divisions had a unanimous choice in the voting. The names that came closest to that were Kayla Harrison , in the bantamweight division, and Khamzat Chimaev , in the middleweight division, cited by seven of the eight journalists responsible for the prediction contest.

The weight categories with the lowest consensus were strawweight (up to 52,1 kg) and featherweight (up to 65,7 kg), both with three athletes mentioned and a considerable division in the votes.
