According to legal documents obtained by the North American press, the 'bad boy' had acted aggressively towards a security guard at a nightclub. The information was released by 'TMZ'.
The incident reportedly took place on August 25, around midnight, in front of the Omnia Nightclub, located in the Caesars Palace complex, one of the main hotels in the United States. According to official reports, the incident began when the fighter pushed one of the security guards at the venue.

When authorities arrived, the former fighter had already left the scene, but an arrest warrant was issued just over a month later, on October 21.
Video of the exact moment of the fight circulated on the internet in early September, bringing to light the veracity of the reports. The footage aligns with the description presented in the court documents, although it is not yet possible to say whether they are exactly the same occurrence.
