Petr yan e Deiveson Figueiredo face each other in the main fight of the UFC Macau this Saturday (23), at the Galaxy Arena, in China. The Brazilian is a former flyweight champion (up to 56,7 kg) and is undefeated since moving up to bantamweight (up to 61,2 kg). But even so, according to 'Stake', Deiveson is an underdog in the bookmakers, as his Russian opponent is a former champion in the category.

Deiveson Figueiredo has been undefeated since moving up to bantamweight. The Brazilian has lined up Rob font, cody garbrandt and most recently Marlon Vera, and search, against Petr yan, to qualify for a new title fight in the organization. Known for his high-level grappling, precise submissions and knockout power, Deiveson has a record of 22 wins, three losses and one draw.
On the other side, Petr yan, who was champion in the category between 2020 and 2021, has the Brazilian as an obstacle to trying to reclaim the throne. Recently, the 31-year-old Russian recovered from a three-fight losing streak by beating the Chinese song yadong. With 20 wins and five losses, Yan is a technical striker, with an emphasis on his stand-up game and endurance in long fights.

In the co-main fight of UFC Macau, another Brazilian in action with her sights set on getting closer to the belt. Tenth in the women's strawweight ranking (up to 52,1 kg), Tabatha Ricci face the Chinese yan xiaonan, the last challenger for the title and holder of second place.
With great skill on the ground, Tabatha Ricci has a record of 11 wins and two losses. Already yan xiaonan has a record of 17 wins, 4 losses and 1 'No Contest' (no result). With seven knockouts under her belt and fighting at home, the Chinese fighter is considered the favorite among bookmakers, paying R$1,49 against R$2,60 for Tabatha.

The women's flyweight (up to 56,7 kg) fight between Cong Wang e Gabriella Fernandes No. UFC Macau presents two distinct styles. The Chinese is a dangerous fighter, who has even knocked out the champion Valentina Shevchenko in his kickboxing career. In MMA, 'The Joker' demonstrated impressive knockout power after defeating Victoria Leonardo in just 62 seconds. Despite his strong striking background, his takedown defense is still relatively untested.
Yes, Gabriella Fernandes is a versatile fighter with good striking skills and a solid Jiu-Jitsu game. She recently picked up her first UFC win, overcoming Carli Judice with a performance that included two takedowns. The Brazilian has the right tools to surprise, especially if she can take the fight to the ground.
Wang comes in as the favorite due to her explosive history. She pays R$1,11 against R$6,20 for Gabriella, who is a big underdog.
