Tamires hit her opponent with a good mid-range kick, but Joselyne managed to take her down and mount her, landing a few elbows on the Rio de Janeiro native.

The third round began with a lot of exchanges, with good sequences and both trying to exploit the elbow strikes. Soon, Joselyne managed another takedown, but it didn't intimidate the Brazilian, who tried a submission. With incredible strength, the Panamanian managed to turn the fight around on the ground and pulled off a rear naked choke, giving the final score to the fight.
