Fueled by three consecutive victories and experiencing the best moment in his career in the UFC, Gregory Robocop wants nothing more than to face athletes belonging to the middleweight elite (up to 83,9kg.). In search of an unprecedented chance to enter the top 15, the Brazilian mentioned names that interest him and did not hesitate to target his compatriot Paulo borrachinha.
“There are three guys in the top 15 that I would like to face: Roman Dolidze, Jack hermansson e Paulo borrachinha. Of the three, Borrachinha is the one I most want to face. Nothing against him, he's a great fighter, but his time has passed. I'm coming and I'm going to take this space. Borrrachinha is an aggressive guy, but perhaps he has lost his desire to be champion. He had his chance, he has merit for getting there, but I believe I would knock him out or submit him, that's how I see it”, declared Robocop in an interview with Canal PVT.

As he continued speaking, Robocop recalled Borrachinha's last performance and stated that the athlete performed poorly.
“His last performance against Strickland was very bad. Strickland is a difficult guy to face, but I expected more from Borrachinnha. If it was this fighter against me, the fight would definitely not come to the end,” he concluded.

Current eighth place in the category, Paulo borrachinha has not triumphed since 2022, when he defeated Luke Rockhold by points. Since then, the athlete has had two consecutive defeats, but wants to face Khamzat Shimaev Next. So far, the miner has not commented on Robocop's statement.
