training partner Khabib Nurmagomedov in Dagestan, Belal Muhammad | opened the game and talked about the former lightweight champion's posture (up to 70,3kg) in the gym. Witness to the Russian's great teachings, the fighter revealed the punishment that the veteran applies to athletes who arrive tired to train.

“He brings a different type of discipline. You have to pray five times a day. None of the guys drink or go to parties. There are guys who go to practice and look a little tired and he (Khabib) takes their cell phone away and doesn't give it back to them until the morning of the next day. So he takes your cell phone away at nine o'clock at night and you have to go to sleep and in the next class he gives it back, because you couldn't stay up all night playing games and stupid things like that. He pays attention to these things,” Belal said in an interview with Joe Rogan.
