Alex Poatan ends controversy and provokes Jamahal Hill again: 'He's just woken up from the knockout'

The light heavyweight champion mocked his rival again and said he didn't understand the American's late complaints

Just over two months after the first duel, Alex Poatán e Jamahal hill continue exchanging barbs about the duel in UFC 300. After the North American complained about the Brazilian's provocation immediately after the fight, the light heavyweight champion (up to 93kg) did not hesitate and responded to his rival in a provocative way.

“To be honest, I don't understand why he's doing this so late, it's been almost two months (since the fight). People usually do it right away, but maybe he just woke up from the knockout,” teased Poatan.

Alex Poatán e Jamahal hill measured forces in the main fight of history UFC 300, held on April 13th. In the octagon, the light heavyweight champion (up to 83,9kg) took no notice of the challenger and knocked out his rival in the first round.

Ready for another title defense, Poatan still does not have a defined date or rival for his next commitment. However, the 93kg champion has already expressed his desire to return to the Octagon in August.
