“I look forward to breaking this news to all of you, but I will not fight in UFC 303 due to the consumption of a prohibited substance. I did not do this intentionally and I am doing everything I can to resolve this situation. I was using a personalized, personalized supplement service from a company I trusted, who understood my limitations in what I can and cannot take,” Rountree said in part of the statement.
Hill and Rountree would measure forces in the UFC 303, scheduled for June 29th, in Las Vegas (USA). The organization has not yet officially commented, however, it is believed that Ultimate will look for another rival for the former light heavyweight champion.
