The busy UFC St. Louis, held last Saturday (11), caused some 'damage' to some fighters who performed at the event, mainly in Mateusz Rebecki, victim of a brutal 'beating' administered by the Brazilian Carlos Diego Ferreira on the main card.
The Pole, who entered the Octagon as the biggest favorite of the night and left with a technical knockout defeat in the third round and his face completely 'disfigured', received an indefinite medical suspension imposed by the Missouri Athletic Commission.

Mateusz Rebecki will be obligatorily suspended for 90 days and, in addition, will only be able to return to competitions after being evaluated and released by a neurologist.
Rebecki, however, was not the only target of an indefinite suspension. Defeated by Sean Woodson in a unanimous decision of the judges, Alex Caceres received the same 'hook' as the Polish one.
