The big moment has arrived. This Saturday (13), Ultimate makes MMA history by promoting the UFC 300. With a stage in Las Vegas (USA), the renowned 'T-Mobile Arena' hosts a star-studded card, which features true references from the sport. Alex Poatán e Charles of the Bronx They are two of the 26 stars taking to the Octagon this weekend.

UFC light heavyweight champion (up to 93kg), Alex Poatán measure forces with Jamahal hill, former holder of the title and executioner of his mentor, Glover Teixeira, in 2023. Another title fight takes place in the co-main fight of the card. Queen of straws (up to 52,1kg.), Weili Zhang face yan xiaonan.

Also on the main card, Charles of the Bronx holds its first performance in 2024. Coming from an overwhelming victory against Beneil Dariush, the former lightweight champion (up to 70,3kg.) shares the octagon with Arman Tsarukyan, in a clash that could define the next challenger to the throne of Islam makhachev.

In addition to Poatan and Do Bronx, Brazil has five more representatives in the first half of the event. Diego lopes, Renato Moicano, Jessica Stacker, Marina Rodriguez e Deiveson Figueiredo have important challenges in the show.

One of the greatest Brazilian stars in recent MMA history, Charles of the Bronx has a new major commitment in his career. Willing to regain the lightweight title, controversially lost in 2022, the São Paulo native faces a bet for the future of Ultimate.

Before Arman Tsarukyan, the athlete is trying to add his second consecutive victory, since the bitter setback against Islam makhachev in the fateful UFC 280. Behind only the champion in the category ranking, the São Paulo native could take an important step towards a rematch against the Russian star.

On the other side, Charles' rival is trying to reach the first title fight in his career in the company. The fighter arrives at his appointment fueled by an overwhelming victory over Beneil Dariush.

3) Justin Gaethje x Max Holloway: the 'Most Thick'

Holder of the title 'BMF', Justin gaethje conquered the position of 'Toughest' in MMA by brutalizing Dustin poirier in 2023. With the symbolic title at stake, the North American faces Max Holloway, featherweight legend (up to 65,7kg.), who tests himself among the lightweights.

The expectation is that the confrontation will be marked by emotion. The protagonists of the dispute are famous worldwide for delivering great performances to their fans.

4) Weili Zhang x Yan Xiaonan: for the straw throne

Outside the top 15, the athlete will measure strength with Sodiq Yusuf, number 13 in the category. If he wins, the fighter reaches the elite of the division led by Ilia Topuria.

7) Deiveson Figueiredo x Cody Garbrandt: meeting of former champions

Scheduled in the confrontation that opens the preliminary card, Figueiredo shares the octagon with cody garbrandt, former leader of the group. If he wins, the man from Pará assured that he will ask the UFC for an immediate title fight.

8) Jessica Bate-Estaca x Marina Rodriguez: Brazilian challenge

On the preliminary card, there is also a challenge between Brazilian women. Ancient queen of straws, Jessica Stacker will face Marina Rodriguez in a challenge that promises excitement.

While the former champion seeks to get closer to a new fight for the belt, the Rio Grande do Sul woman is trying to reach the unprecedented status since her debut in the company. Today, the two occupy a prominent position in the top 10 of the group led by Weili Zhang.
