New UFC signing Kayla Harrison mocks Cris Cyborg's help to the former champion

The new UFC signing mocked the veteran's reinforcement of Holly Holm's camp and recalled that they have different fighting styles

New Ultimate star, the North American Kayla harrison gave the Brazilian a slight tease Chris Cyborg. After learning that the Bellator champion is helping with Holly Holm's camp,, her next rival, the judoka minimized the fact and recalled that she and the Tupiniquim veteran have different fighting styles.

“I don't really think about it much. It does not make sense. Cyborg is an orthodox striker and I am a left-handed grappler. So I think it's cool? But congratulations to them. When I was in judo, I trained with every girl I competed with. I think it's great, good for them. I think Cyborg is just looking for attention, but whatever. Who cares?” Kayla said.

After five years working for the PFL, Harrison decided to look for new opportunities and decided to sign with the biggest MMA organization in the world. The American's debut in the octagon will take place on the historic card of UFC 300, which will be held on April 13th, in Las Vegas (USA). The judoka's rival will be the former bantamweight champion (up to 61,2kg) Holly holm.

At 33 years old, Kayla has an MMA record of 16 victories, 12 of which came via the fast track, and only one defeat, against the Brazilian Larissa pachecoin November 2022.
