On the eve of his bantamweight debut, Deiveson is honored after completing 50 anti-doping tests

Fighter receives traditional jacket after reaching significant mark in USADA requirements

On the eve of his debut in the Ultimate bantamweight division (up to 61,2kg), Deiveson Figueiredo was honored by the organization. Featured in ufc austin, the Brazilian received the traditional jacket after reaching the mark of 50 passes in anti-doping tests promoted by USADA (United States Anti-Doping Agency). On social media, the former flyweight champion (up to 56,7kg) celebrated the feat.

“Happiness is how I would sum up today. I reached the mark of 50 anti-doping tests by USADA in a completely clean way. I am extremely proud and flattered to receive the institution's traditional jacket as a form of recognition. Total gratitude to the UFC”, wrote Deiveson, on his profile on Instagram.

With prestige in the organization, Figueiredo is heading towards an important commitment in his career. This Saturday (2), the Brazilian will step into the octagon and make his bantamweight debut.

As an opponent, the team from Pará will have Rob font. If he passes his rival, the 'God of War' will assume a prominent position in the top 10 of the group.
