In addition to defending the strawweight belt (up to 52,1kg) for the first time in his second reign in the division with dominant victory about the Brazilian Amanda lemos, Weili Zhang took home the biggest salary on the card UFC 292, in front of the event's protagonists Sean O'Malley and aljamain sterling, who faced each other in the main fight, for the bantamweight belt (up to 61,2kg).
Weili Zhang won a purse of US$ 520 thousand (approximately R$ 2,53 million) for the victory over Amanda lemos, While aljamain sterling and Sean O'Malley earned US$500 (approximately R$2,43 million) each for the main fight of the event.
