“Being able to share the octagon with the Korean zombie In that way it was incredible. I heard he retired. He deserves it more than anything. He helped change the game, the sport in a huge way, so I have nothing but love for him. It's a legend, the guy is a zombie. He never wanted to die on his shield, he always dies on his sword. That's why people love him, that's why I love him. It was an honor for it to be his last fight. I know it wasn't the way he wanted it and the way his fans wanted it, but that's what he wanted to do. He wanted to fight me and that’s how you know the man is a legend,” said Holloway.
Featherweight icons, Holloway and Zumbi starred in the UFC Singapore, which was held last Saturday (26). In the third round, the former champion surprised the South Korean with a counter blow and achieved a brutal knockout, which brought the audience in the gym to their feet.
