Two of the biggest names in the UFC, Jon Jones e Israel adesanya definitively sealed peace between the parties. Disaffected from the past, the fighters had a friendly meeting in Las Vegas (USA) and recorded the moment on social media. Complete with staring and fighting simulations, the MMA stars thrilled the fans.
“We need more of this. Life is too short to not be able to resolve disagreements and get along with your colleague. It was a great pleasure to meet the middleweight champion, Israel adesanya, last night. I wish my friend all the best,” Jones wrote on his Facebook profile. Instagram.

Great Ultimate stars, Jon and Israel have exchanged barbs in recent years due to challenges from the Nigerian. At the time, the North American felt uncomfortable with the attack from 'Izzy', who, middleweight champion, admitted to seeking the light heavyweight throne (up to 93kg.), which was held by the MMA legend.
Years later, without challenges, the fighters remain highly relevant to the UFC. Today, Adesanya remains at the top of the 83,9kg category, while Jones leads the heavyweight division.
