The time has come for SUPER FIGHTS predictions. This week, our team points out their favorites for UFC 289, which moves MMA this Saturday (10). With Brazilian stars highlighted, the show features Amanda nunes in defense of the bantamweight belt (up to 61,2kg.) and Charles of the Bronx in a decisive fight at lightweight (up to 70,3kg.).

MMA legend, Amanda nunes debut in the 2023 season for his first belt defense in his new reign. After two consecutive clashes with Julianna Pena, this time the Bahian puts the throne at stake against Irene aldana.

Cheerful to the Brazilian fans, Charles of the Bronx is back. About eight months after the setback against Islam makhachev, competing for the vacant lightweight title, the São Paulo native faces Beneil Dariush. A positive result can guarantee the winner the status of challenger.

Also on the main card, there will be a clash of promising welterweights (up to 77,1kg). Organization bets, Mike Malott e Adam Fugitt share the octagon.

The guesses will be made by the team at SUPER FIGHTS. At the end of the 2023 season, whoever obtains the most points will be the team's 'best bettor'.

The scoring system will be simple. Whoever gets the winner right gets a point. Whoever 'guarantees the way in which the outcome happens, earns three points and, if the bettor 'predicts' the positive result exactly (example: knockout in R1, submission in R3, decision by points), the guesser is awarded with five points.
