UFC Charlotte warm-up: Review Jailton Malhadinho's brutal knockout at UFC 283, in Rio de Janeiro

No UFC Charlotte, which takes place this Saturday (13), the Brazilian Jailton Malhadinho will have the incredible opportunity to star in his first main fight in Ultimate. In his last appearance in the organization, the heavyweight (up to 120,2kg) from Brazil ran over Shamil Abdurakhimov and knocked out his rival, driving the Rio de Janeiro audience crazy. No UFC 283, held in Rio de Janeiro, Malhadinho had the opportunity to face the experienced Shamil Abdurakhimov. Inside the octagon, the Brazilian imposed his efficient grappling game from the first second of the fight. The European veteran managed to resist until the second round, when he was no longer able to deal with the Tupiniquim athlete's powerful ground and pound and was knocked out.

Hired via 'Contender Series', Malhadinho achieved four victories in the organization chaired by Dana White, all via the fast track. Next Saturday, the Brazilian will face the experienced Jairzinho Rozesntruik in the main fight of the UFC Charlotte. The Brazilian athlete has an MMA record of 18 victories and only two setbacks as a professional.
