ALL THE TRILOGIES IN UFC HISTORY

Next Saturday (18), in the main fight of UFC 286, Leon Edwards and Kamaru Usman will face each other for the welterweight belt in the 17th trilogy in UFC history; remember them all!

The first UFC trilogy began in 1997 and ended in 2004, with two victories for the North American and one for the Brazilian.

Couture was also involved in the second trilogy in Ultimate's history, but got the worst of it against Liddell, who won two of the three duels.

The heavyweights faced each other three times between 2005 and 2006, with the advantage going to Sylvia, who won two of them.

One of the greatest rivalries in the history of MMA was marked as the first time that a fighter won all the fights in a trilogy, when Ortiz defeated Shamrock on three occasions.

In the first trilogy held at UFC welterweight, better for Georges St-Pierre, who lost the first fight, but won the next two against Matt Hughes.

The two lightweight legends faced each other three times between 2010 and 2014, with three wins for Edgar.

Stout and Fisher made the first trilogy in which none of the fighters involved won or even challenged for the UFC belt. Better for Stout, who won two fights.

The light heavyweights starred in a trilogy full of emotion, with two fights ending in split decisions from the judges. In the end, better for Forrest Griffin, who won twice.

The Brazilian won the heavyweight title by knocking out the North American but ended up being run over in the next two fights

Cain Velasquez x Junior Cigano

Before reaching the UFC belt, Charles faced Nik Lentz three times. There were two victories for the Brazilian and one unsuccessful fight in a trilogy that began in 2011 and ended in 2019.

The last heavyweight trilogy was starred by Stipe Miocic and Daniel Cormier. Better for Miocic, who recovered from the defeat in the first meeting and won the last two.

Not satisfied with a trilogy, Moreno and Deiveson starred in the first quadrilogy in UFC history. In the end, two victories for the Mexican, one for the Brazilian and a draw.

Last but not least, the current owner of the featherweight belt 'swept' the former champion with three victories.
