Patrício Pitbull declares support for his compatriot from rival event in Bellator x Rizin challenge: “I am Brazil”

In a bold statement, Patricio pitbull says he will hope that Roberto Satoshi beats his tormentor AJ Mckee, in the event that will mark the dispute between representatives of Bellator e Rizin, on December 31st, in Saitama, Japan. For Pitbull, a Brazilian's victory is worth more than a unanimous victory by the North American organization.

“Tough fight, but I'm rooting for the Brazilian. O Bellator is in this as a team and internally we said we would all fight to win the Rizin, but I am Brazil”, said Patricio to the channel 'Trocação Franca'.

In addition to the fans, Pitbull did a style analysis and pointed out the best path that Satoshi should follow to reduce his rival's chances in the co-main fight of the night.

“AJ McKee is very explosive on his feet, he is very dangerous early on. If Satoshi holds him in the first round he will start to slow down, and Satoshi is much better on the ground in my opinion, he makes submissions out of nowhere. He just beat Tofiq Musayev, who is super tough, so it's a difficult fight”, declared the Brazilian.

In the main fight of the night, Pitbull will face Kleber Koike, known as the 'King of Japan'. The second patriot on the card will be without Patrício's fans, but will have his full respect and attention during the fight.

“Kleber is a great champion, he has 27 submissions in his career. I was impressed by that number, I didn't know that. One thing I hadn't noticed is that he is very calm and that makes people think they will easily pass by him. And then, he surprises and grabs an arm or something out of nowhere. You have to be alert at all times. I won’t let that happen”, warned the fighter.

In an event scheduled to have five fights, Brazil will have three representatives. Everyone is in great shape in their respective organizations.
