Admitted to treat a staph bacterial infection, Dustin poirier he didn't miss the opportunity to aim for a new commitment in the UFC. On social media, the North American challenged Nate diaz after the 'bad boy' was involved in an exchange of barbs between 'Diamante' and Conor McGregor. The veteran recently left the UFC.

"Nate diaz, go back (to the UFC) and get a contract for a fight. I’m going to kick your ass, man,” Poirier wrote on his Facebook profile. Twitter.

The favorite of North American fans, Diaz ended his contract with Ultimate after 15 years representing the organization. In his last appointment, in UFC 279, the athlete hit Tony Ferguson.

Former interim lightweight champion (up to 70,3kg) in Ultimate, Poirier stepped into the Octagon recently. The fighter faced Michael chandler and overcame the Bellator legend with a third-round submission.
