“A big part of me is stunned, a big part of me saw that this was the third time she fought this girl, she beat her twice very convincingly, so I don't want to take anything away from Larissa. Pacheco came out to win, and to f***** someone who hit you twice, you have to deal with a lot of mental adversity and things like that,” Masvidal said.

'Gamebred' said that his friend may have lacked a little more motivation, he asked for a fourth duel between the rivals but preferred not to make any major excuses.

“But as far as Kayla being upset, I don’t know. Maybe beating her (Larissa) a third time wasn't as motivating. Obviously, I would like to see them fight again. I still walked away feeling like Kayla was the better fighter. It just wasn’t her night,” concluded the American.
