Hegemony? Khabib's team makes history with another belt and reaches exciting milestones in MMA

the title of Usman Nurmagomedov came to add another point of relevance to Khabib's team. The Russian hit Patricky Pitbull last Friday (18), in a fight for the lightweight belt (up to 70,3kg.) and confirmed an enlightened moment for those led by 'Águia'.

The team's record is even impressive. Athletes like Khabib, Usman and Umar, who are from the same family, maintain an unbeaten record and have never been defeated in their appearances in the octagon. Others like Islam makhachev and Mamedov also have great relevance in the world of MMA and, together, they only had no results in three of 46 appearances.

It does not stop there. The united partnership also includes names such as Zubaira Tukhugov, Abubakar Nurmagomedov, Tagir Ulanbekov and Shamil Zavorov. In total, 'Team Khabib' has 196 wins, 20 losses and four draws in martial arts.

If Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov had a plan, it can be said that it has already been carried out successfully. The 'mentor' and inspiration for the athletes, who passed away in July 2020 due to COVID-19, did not follow much of the process, but left his legacy that should last for many years.
