protagonist in UFC Las Vegas 62, which takes place this Saturday (15), Viviane Araujo was sincere when discussing her expectations for a title fight in the flyweight class (up to 56,7kg). Opponent of Alexa grasso, the Brazilian admitted that the chances are reduced of challenging Valentina Shevchenko, in case of a positive result over the weekend. In conversation with the press at 'half day' promotional for the event, the athlete explained the positioning.
“I'm sure that the winner of the fight will be in a good position at the top of the category, but, to be honest, I see other opponents ahead, in better situations than me. For example, Taila Santos, Lauren Murphy, Jessica Andrade (Pile Driving) and Katlyn chookagian. Maybe a rematch with Chookagian (that's the fight for the sequel). I don’t believe my next fight will be for the belt,” he said.

A standout flyweight, Araújo is looking to score his second straight win in the company. If she overcomes Grasso, the athlete can also take fifth place from her rival and continue on her way to the top of the division.
Willing to 'spoil Viviane's party', Alexa is also victorious. The Mexican accumulates three positive results in a row and defends her place in the top 5 of the group led by Valentina Shevchenko.
