August, which is coming to an end, presented MMA fans with some beautiful and memorable knockouts. On its last weekend, the SUPER FIGHTS has the mission of choosing the three best and most brutal fight outcomes from the eighth month of the year. Let's go to them:

Bryan Battle x Takashi Sato – UFC Las Vegas 59

The list starts at the first event of the month, on August 6th. On the preliminary card of UFC Las Vegas 59, the champion of “The Ultimate Fighter 29” BryanBattle “obliterated” Japanese Takashi Sato with a brutal high kick 44 seconds into the fight.

Marlon Vera x Dominick Cruz – UFC Long Island

In the fourth round of the main fight of UFC Long Island, on August 13th, the Ecuadorian Marlon Vera added another brutal knockout to his collection by knocking down the former champion Dominick Cruz also with a high kick.

Leon Edwards vs. Kamaru Usman – UFC 278

As it couldn't be otherwise, the top of the podium belongs to Leon edwards, new welterweight champion. Being defeated three rounds to one by Kamaru Usman, then leader of the UFC's weight-for-pound rankings, the Brit found a well-aimed high kick in the last minute of the fifth round to dethrone the Nigerian and become the new champion of the division.
