With a 'record' of series of defeats, Sam Alvey thanks his family for support after UFC Las Vegas 59

The North American spoke out on his Instagram after yet another setback and thanked his fans and family for their support.

Without winning for nine fights in Ultimate, Sam alvey lamented the sad situation he is experiencing in his career. Inside an ambulance, after the UFC Las Vegas 59, the middleweight (up to 83,9kg) spoke out on his Instagram. The American did not hide his sadness over the complicated moment, thanking his family and fans for their support.

“Well, shit… I swear it used to be good. I lost a step somewhere, but my family got to see me fight live. I'm fine, but my pride is hurting right now. I love you guys. (Even the enemies)”, wrote Alvey on his social network.

The last victory of Sam alvey with Ultimate gloves happened in June 2018, when he hit Gian Villante in the judges' split decision. Since then, the American entered a complicated phase and had nine fights without winning, including eight defeats and one no contest. Of the eight setbacks, five were via the quick route (knockout or submission) and four were the judges' decision. An MMA professional since 2008, the 'Smiling Man' has a record in the sport of 33 positive results, 18 negative results and only one draw.
