"I'm grateful. I'm a nice guy, a good person. I treated everyone very well and had three of the best years of my life in prison. I had peace and just dedicated myself to my balance. You need sanity to dictate part of your life. I ran, I did 12 or 13 kilometers around me. I ran for four hours, jumping around my room. My cell was weighted like concrete and I sank it with my feet on the floor. I arrived weighing 129kg. and when I left, I weighed 97,5kg,” said Tyson.

At 55 years old, Mike, who had been retired from professional boxing since 2005, returned to the ring in an exhibition fight against veteran Roy Jones Jr. On that occasion, the fight ended in a draw, but it 'kindled' a desire in 'Iron', which speculates on other duels in the sport. In his career in the 'noble art', there are 50 victories – 44 of which were knockouts -, six defeats and two unsuccessful fights.
