KEY HIGHLIGHTS OF PFL 2

The PFL's second event of the year, this Thursday (28), features heavyweight and featherweight duels and features current heavyweight champion Bruno Cappelozza as its protagonist. The card also features four more Brazilians.

The first Brazilian in action is Sheymon Moraes, who faces Boston Salmon in the second fight of the night.

Next, it's Manaus' turn Klidson Abreu to face the undefeated Israeli Adam Keresh.

Still on the preliminary card, Brazilian heavyweight Matheus Scheffel makes his debut in the PFL decagon.

Scheffel's opponent will be last season's tournament runner-up, Ante Delija.

On the main card, Renan 'Problema' seeks to remain undefeated in the organization. The Team Nogueira athlete has been riding high on two consecutive victories.

Renan's opponent is the experienced Jamelle Jones. The American was a semi-finalist last season, losing to Bruno Cappelozza.

Runner-up in the featherweight division last season, Chris Wade takes action in the co-main fight. The 'Long Island Killer' won three fights in 2021 before being defeated by Movlid Khaybulaev in the final.

Wade's opponent will be Lance Palmer. Former WSOF champion and two-time PFL champion in 2018 and 2019, the American debuts in the new season looking to erase the bad impression left in 2021, when he lost both of his fights.

The main fight of the night features the organization's current heavyweight champion: Bruno Cappelozza. The Brazilian knockout artist is undefeated with four wins in four fights in the decagon.

The champion's opponent will be Stuart Austin. The 34-year-old Brit is looking for his first PFL victory after being defeated by Renan Problema on his debut.
