Video: With the right to 'band', Anderson Silva exudes technique in training 'against' his children

At 46, Anderson Silva continues to show that he has a lot to contribute to martial arts. MMA legend, the Brazilian was photographed in a training session with his sons, Kalyl and Gabriel. 'Spider' has been a mentor to his pupils, who have been testing themselves in kickboxing.

In the images (see below) published by Kalyl Silva, Anderson appears to be oozing skill. In one of the moments, the former UFC middleweight champion (up to 83,9kg) appears applying a 'banda', a counterattack to a defended kick.

In the caption, Kalyl does not hide his admiration for the mixed martial arts legend.

“Powerful spider sense”, he wrote in his account on Instagram.

Considered by many to be the best MMA fighter of all time, Silva left Ultimate at the end of 2020. After leaving his old home, the Brazilian realized his dream of testing himself in boxing challenges.

In the first fight after leaving Ultimate, the Brazilian shocked by defeating the former world champion in the 'noble art', Julio César Chávez Jr. Months later, it was the turn of Tito Ortiz to be beaten, but this time, Silva ran over him with a brutal knockout in the first round.
