In an interview with the North American website 'BJPenn.com', the organization's president, David Feldman, negotiates a contract with Diego Sanchez and revealed that the idea of marrying a fight between the two athletes.

"His name (Diego Sanchez) may arise for Mike Perry. Both have identical styles. It would be good, because a lot of people would talk about this fight. People say they don't want to see Diego fight anymore. But at the end of the day, he always stays active. If he gets it right (contract with BKFC) and trains properly, we can get a very good Diego, who stays in the middle of the ring and hits,” said Feldman.
Diego Sanchez gained great notoriety after winning the first season of the reality show 'The Ultimate Fighter'. Since then, there have been 32 fights in the organization with 19 wins and three losses. In his last fight, the veteran was defeated by Jake matthews by unanimous decision in the UFC 243 in September 2020.
Mike Perry, in turn, has 22 fights as a mixed martial arts professional. In his career, there are 14 triumphs and eight setbacks. Coincidentally, all of the North American's defeats happened in the UFC, where he had seven positive results and eight negative results.
