“I need to say something. Nothing was crazier than saying I won't be ready for December 11th. When I asked to fight (Brandon) Moreno, I didn't know that my injury had worsened in the fight with (Brandon) Royval. Maybe he (Moreno) has improved in the three or five years that have passed. But I feel so much better that I can say I live like the champion I will become,” wrote Pantoja.

Surprisingly, the former flyweight champion Henry Cejudo commented on the Brazilian's post and gave some advice to the Brazilian athlete.

'I've told you several times how to promote a fight. The UFC is a marketing company and you have to express yourself to get the fights you want. The blame is partial. Listen to all the messages I sent you. Brandon jumped you because he knows you can beat him. Learn from this and stop being 'Mr. Gentle'. And I speak to you from my heart, brother”, advised Cejudo.
