One of the protagonists of the fight that opens the main card of UFC Las Vegas 37, which takes place this Saturday (18), Joaquin buckley decided to spice up the confrontation against Antonio Arroyo. When facing the weekend's show, the 'Knockout Man' refused a handshake from the Brazilian and left the Tupiniquim in a vacuum.

In the images (see below), it is possible to see the athletes taking a serious look. After a few seconds of exchanging glances, Antônio tried the friendly gesture, but was immediately 'cut off' by his opponent.

After denying the kindness, Buckley turned his back and left the space. Ignored by his opponent, Arroyo left soon after.

This Saturday, Antônio will do a 'survival fight' on the main card. Without winning with the Ultimate gloves, having been beaten in the two commitments he competed in, the athlete needs to overcome Joaquin to avoid the risk of being released from the company.

Like the Brazilian, Buckley is also looking to get back on track to winning ways. After two big fights last season, the North American did not start well in 2021. In the duel against Alessio di chirico, in January, the middleweight (up to 83,9 kg.), was harshly knocked out by his rival in the first round.
