Looking for a new chance to fight for the light heavyweight title (up to 93kg), Anthony Smith know exactly what you are going to do UFC Las Vegas 37th next Saturday (18). The 'Coração de Leão' cited the form and round in which he believes he will win Ryan spann and stated that he is in the best phase of his career. The statement was given in an interview with 'Combate'.

“I think I'm going to torture Ryan spann for 10 minutes and finish it in the third round. He will be so broken and tired that he won't be able to do anything about it. That's it, he has no secret. I won't hide. I don't give a fuck if he sees this or not. In the third round, he won't be able to do anything anymore. He's going to be very tired and broken, that's my plan. Break it early, finish it later,” said Smith.
With his confidence high, the North American was satisfied with his moment and stated that he was in the best phase of his career.
“I think I’m better than ever now. To be very honest with you, if I were to face the guy who faced Jimmy crute, I would beat him up. I'm making big leaps quickly and wanted to know why. I think I've always had the pieces of the puzzle and now they're coming together”, concluded 'Coração de Leão'.
Coming off two consecutive victories, Smith dreams of a new opportunity to challenge for the light heavyweight belt. In March 2019, the North American faced the legend Jon Jones and was defeated in a unanimous decision by the judges. The fighter has a record of 35 triumphs and six setbacks.
